While studying the Holocaust or while learning about genocides, people often wonder how the world could let such unspeakable tragedies occur. Although it is too late to help the victims of the Holocaust, there are millions of people in Darfur and in the regions of other genocides that we can still save.

The Triangles of Truth International Project—a movement of middle, high school and university students around the world—is offering YOU a chance to make a difference in the lives of those directly affected by mass atrocity.

For every dollar you donate to Triangles of Truth, you will accomplish two important goals. First, you will honor a Holocaust victim by displaying his or her name respectfully. Second, by purchasing a triangle, you will be working to stop genocide today as your donation will be forwarded to the United Nations Refugee Agency and will help meet the immediate humanitarian needs of 8,000 Darfuri refugee children in Eastern Chad.

Together we can and will stop the genocide occurring around the world, for the sake of those suffering, and for the memories of the Holocaust victims who perished when so few people chose to save them. We hope to prove that we have learned from the lessons of the Holocaust and can use our knowledge to prevent present-day and future genocide.
